Announcement\u00a0of the extraordinary general meeting of partners of Creas Fondo Social, SL<\/span><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The board of directors unanimously agrees to convene the\u00a0Extraordinary General Meeting of Partners<\/strong>\u00a0of the Society for its celebration in Zaragoza, in Calle Joaqu\u00edn Costa 8, 4\u00ba Izquierda, next April 15, 2021 at 4:30 p.m.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The General Meeting will be held, in accordance with article 3.1.b) of Royal Decree-Law 34\/2020, of November 17, by a multiple videoconference system that can be accessed in a link that will be communicated to shareholders, since The Board of Directors presumes that all the partners or those who represent them have the necessary means to participate in the meeting. However, if any shareholder or their representative does not have the appropriate means, they may attend the registered office where they will be provided. The Meeting will be understood to be held in Zaragoza, at Calle Joaqu\u00edn Costa 8, 4\u00ba Izquierda.<\/span><\/p>\n

First.<\/strong>
\n<\/b>Examination and, where appropriate, approval of the investment operation in SMILEAT by CREAS IMPACTO FESE SA in view of the existing conflict of interest. Waiver of preferential subscription rights and support in the operation. Assumption of the commitments requested by the FEI to CREAS IMPACTO FESE SA in future rounds in which it is Lead Investor in SMILEAT, not being able to have an exit through that means CREAS FONDO SOCIAL SL<\/span><\/p>\n

\nModification of the term of office of the members of the Company's Board of Directors so that it becomes indefinite after the modification of article 16 of the registered bylaws.
