We led the funding round to support the company in consolidating its leadership position by digitizing the senior care home sector.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Creas<\/strong> has joined the project to lead the company\u2019s expansion alongside the team, deepening the impact through professionalization and monitoring of impact objectives.<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>The Funding Round<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">miResi has raised a Series A round of \u20ac2.9 million, in which Creas Impacto, the round\u2019s lead investor, contributed \u20ac1.5 million. In addition to previous investors and some business angels, Orilla and Bankinter also participated in the round.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>What is miResi?<\/h4>\n<p>miResi is a platform that connects families in need of care for their elderly relatives outside the home with care homes that have available beds. Its value proposition lies in understanding the family's needs and providing specific recommendations for the right care home.<\/p>\n<p>In this fragmented and opaque sector, miResi has quickly positioned itself as the leading platform in Spain for improving transparency and quality in the senior care home sector.<\/p>\n<p>The company already serves more than 2,000 new families each month, providing personalized advice.<\/p>\n<p>miResi is led by a young, dynamic, and intelligent team, complemented by key experienced professionals (COO, CTO, CMO), all of whom share a commitment to impact and to offering the best care for the elderly.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Use of funds<\/h4>\n<p>The investment comes at the perfect time. miResi has a proven product and model. The care home sector requires a profound digital transformation in the medium term, in which the company aims to be a key player. Care homes will become increasingly essential to care for an aging population, while decision-makers are becoming more digital. The funds will be used to drive miResi's growth, consolidating its position as a market leader.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Problem and Solution<\/h4>\n<p>The senior care home sector is opaque and filled with conflicting interests that, if not properly aligned, can be harmful to the end user. miResi aims to solve this problem with its technology platform, which connects care homes and families and aligns the interests of all parties involved.<\/p>\n<p>The impact goals are clear: Promote transparency and provide information on the availability and pricing of care homes, offer comparisons based on quality, proximity, price, and personalized criteria (filters), improve accessibility to care services through comparisons, financial assistance, and\/or funding options, reduce the use of hospital facilities by offering alternative solutions, and enhance the quality of care by creating competition among care homes.<\/p>\n<p>With this, miResi has the ingredients to become a change-maker\u2014for families making an informed decision about placing a relative in a care home, and for care homes, which must demonstrate their best practices to avoid occupancy penalties.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Looking Ahead<\/h4>\n<p>The company aims to continue leading the market.
