Trilema

An educational reference point in the Spanish-speaking world whose mission is to contribute to the transformation of the education system in Spain and in Latin America, by providing training to teachers and support to public, private and state-subsidised private schools, with the focus being placed on schools with high failure rates.

Problem
Education is one of the hardest problems to tackle in Spain. The issue of unmotivated teachers coexists with school failure rates that exceed the European average by far.

Solution
Trilema seeks to lead the transformation of education from within, by offering to private, public and state-subsidised private schools a new educational model already proven in its own schools, based on the active implication of schools’ directors, teachers and parents. With its focus being placed on inclusiveness and the students’ well-being, this model results in committed students and a significant decrease in school drop-out rates.

Impact
Trilema trains more than 5,000 teachers every year, and already supports more than 120 schools where failure rates have dropped to almost 0%.
