Creas Impacto II reaches €56M with Cofides and new investors on board
16 December 2025

Creas Impacto II reaches €56M with the entry of Cofides and other Spanish and international private investors.

The fund will close 2025 with €56M in commitments, five investments in leading impact companies and a stronger investor community following its latest Investor Day.

New Investors

Creas, a pioneering impact investment manager in Spain, continues to consolidate the fundraising of its second fund, Creas Impacto II, with the addition of institutional investors such as Cofides, which invests through its €400M Social Impact Fund (FIS), as well as other leading private investors, notably Aurae Impact, a French family office specialised in impact investing.

These investors join the public and private investors that have supported Creas since the launch of its first impact fund in 2018, such as the European Investment Fund (EIF) and Axis, through its Fondico Pyme FCR fund. The arrival of these strategic players strengthens the fund's investment thesis and confirms the growing demand for solutions that combine financial returns with social and environmental transformation.

With these new commitments, Creas Impacto II is making solid progress towards its €65M target. The fund focuses on backing the best impact companies with proven traction and high growth potential in education and inclusive employment, care and health, regenerative agriculture, circular models and innovation for climate change mitigation.

With the fund's final close in February 2026, Creas Impacto Global expects to reach €100M in assets under management across its Creas Impacto and Creas Impacto II funds, as well as strategic co-investments alongside its LPs.

“The addition of Cofides, Aurae and new family offices is a decisive boost for this new stage. We see a unique opportunity in Spain and Europe to support companies that are leading social and environmental transformation through innovation, rigour and scale”, says Lara Viada, Managing Partner at Creas.

Five Companies in the Portfolio

Creas Impacto II has accelerated its pace of investment in recent months and already has five companies in its portfolio: Zen Educate, a UK education company; Miresi and Qida, leading elderly care companies; Lillian Care, a healthcare company and Creas' first investment in Germany; and Goal Systems, which is optimising the transport sector.

These companies were selected for their ability to generate measurable and significant impact, the leadership of their management teams and their potential to become benchmarks in their sectors. With these investments, the fund has already deployed more than 30% of its capital just 18 months after its launch, and expects to exceed 40% in the first quarter of 2026.

An Investor Day that Strengthens the Impact Community

On 25 November, Creas held its Investor Day, bringing together investors, entrepreneurs and partners from the impact ecosystem. The event was an opportunity to share the fund's progress and open key conversations about the social and environmental challenges that will shape the coming years.

Speakers included sector leaders such as Guillermo Bell (mental health), Marc Masip (digital addiction in adolescents), Juan Vicente Fernández and Pilar Martínez (systemic change in food systems) and Miguel Luengo-Oroz (AI for social good), together with the teams of the fund's latest portfolio companies: Goal Systems, Lillian Care and Qida. Aurae, the French impact-focused family office, also took part.

Marked by a spirit of collaboration and long-term vision, the day reaffirmed Creas' commitment to investment that generates deep and lasting impact, as well as the confidence of its investor base.

“We are building an investment community that combines experience, purpose and vision. The progress of the portfolio and the success of the Investor Day show that impact is becoming a key lever for business growth”, adds Olivia Mossay, Partner at Creas.
