We work to ensure that impact becomes a driver of value by promoting the greatest rigor and transparency.

Scoring
We analyzed 8 impact variables and assigned a score from 0 to 5 to each variable: I) team, II) track record, III) scale, IV) depth, V) importance of the problem, VI) additionality of the company, VII) and Creas, and VIII) risk of negative impact.

Workshop 1
We define the company's Theory of Change, analyze the five dimensions of IMP impact, and establish impact metrics and objectives.

 

Workshop 2
We specify an action plan to maximize impact and create value for the company.

 

Workshop 3
We advise you on how to conduct an impact analysis across all areas of the business using the B Impact Assessment.

 

We include the impact in investment contracts.

Alignment
We expect a single person/team to lead the impact and for the entire team's incentives to also be linked to impact.

 

Strategy
We support you in implementing the Impact Action Plan so that impact becomes a lever for value creation in the company.

 

Rigor
We seek third-party verification of the impact (year 1) and a commitment to obtaining B Corp certification (year 2).

 

Continuity
During the divestment, we seek to ensure the continuity of the company's impact.
