Ironhack is the European leader in digital training by means of coding bootcamps. Founded to reduce the digital divide and to transform technological training, Ironhack provides students with personalised, accessible training and support to find a job in web design, UX/UI design and data analysis, while offering them immersive learning experiences. It has campuses in Madrid, Barcelona, Berlin, Amsterdam, Lisbon, Mexico City, Paris and Sao Paulo, with high employability rates on the marketplace.

Problem
Existing training programmes are not adapted to the current demand for labour in an increasingly changing and digital world, which currently results in an unmet global need for over 5 million jobs in digital areas.

Solution
To reduce the digital divide by proposing financially accessible technological training and personalised support, adapted to the needs of companies and students.

Impact
Ironhack currently trains 3,000 students every year, with 90% employability rates, and plans to have trained more than 20,000 students by 2024.
